About Sagrada
Sagrada Skin Care and Sugaring, located in the SODO area of Orlando, is your opportunity to have beneficial and stellar skin treatments where science and nature all meet to nourish the skin and organic natural hair removal. Owner and solo licensed esthetician and sugarist, Valorie has 5 years of both facial and sugaring experience, delivering efficient and precise skin care services. Valorie strives to create a warm, inviting and clean atmosphere for her clients…and she knows your name. CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24hrs before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service requested.
No shows will be charged 100% of the service booked, as well as being restricted from re-booking for future services, no exceptions.
A NON-REFUNDABLE $20.00 Deposit is now required for booking.
Deposit will be credited to your account at final checkout of booked appointment.

If appointment is canceled after the 24 hour window and last minute Sagrada reserves the right to keep 100% deposit plus $15.00 cancellation fee.
No Call and No Show appointments will lose 100% of deposit as well as 100% booked service charge. No exceptions.

Late Arrivals
Clients must arrive on time to their appointment. For facial clients 5-10 mins (max) can be deducted from your facial service, please communicate if you are running a little late. For sugaring clients, time cannot be cut from a sugaring service. Since I will be deep cleaning my studio after every appointment, a late arrival means cutting into cleaning time set aside for the next client.
